How to Make
- Open the fan out completely. Using a pencil, sketch out your design onto the fan.
- Paint the inside of the paper fan red and the border of the fan green. Leave about a 1cm space in between the green & red. Leave to dry.
- Then paint in the watermelon seed with black acrylic paint. Leave to dry.
Top Tip
Stretch out the fan as far as it will go to give a flatter surface to paint onto.
