How to Make
- Cut a semi-circle shape out of green foam sheet (draw around a cup to help you get the shape). Cut a slightly smaller semi-circle from red foam sheet. Stick together with glue.
- Stick your wiggly eyes towards the top of the red semi-circle. Then, draw a smile under the eyes with a felt tip pen.
- Use the black felt tip pen to make dots on the red semi-circle. These will be your melon seeds.
- Finally, choose a lollipop stick and glue the watermelon face on to it. Allow to dry before you play with your fruit puppet.
Top Tip
There are lots of other fruits you could make, so try giving some others a go. Try a strawberry, banana or any other fruit you can think of!
