1. Paint the bird feeder with acrylic or wood stain using green for the base, yellow for the sides and red for the roof.
  2. Cut a piece of red self-adhesive foam 11cm wide and draw scalloped roof tile strips about 2.5cm deep onto it. Cut these out with scissors. (pic a)
  3. Stick the strips onto the roof starting at the bottom and overlapping so they look like real tiles. (pic b)
  4. Cut out two or three black lamb bodies from foam and use a hole punch to make lots of white self-adhesive foam dots.
  5. Stick the dots all over the lambs, overlapping them to make them look like wool and leaving the faces and legs uncovered. (pic c)
  6. Use PVA glue to stick the lambs around the base of the bird feeder so they look like they’re jumping around. (pic d)
