- Draw round a plate in the centre of the bag and add a smaller circle in each corner.
- Paint the circles with gold acrylic and the background with red fabric paint. When the centre circle is dry brush watered down PVA glue over it and sprinkle on a little gold glitter. (pic a)
- Cut four yellow circles of felt and glue foam holly leaves onto each one. Fix these in the middle of each of the smaller circles.
- Glue large holly leaves around the edge of the main circle with PVA glue, alternating the colours. (pic b)
- Cut out a 10cm diameter circle of pink felt and rub some white fabric paint into it to lighten the colour. Stick this in the centre of the big circle. (pic c)
- Draw a simple Santa face onto card using a 10cm circle as a guide. Cut out each section and use as a pattern for cutting the same shapes in felt. Stick these to the pink felt to make the face and add wiggle-eyes and highlights with glitter glue. (pic d)
