- Open out the fan completely and paint the paper area with two coats of bright orange acrylic. Leave to dry. (pic a)
- Cut a leaping rabbit template from thin card and draw around this with a pencil onto the fan.
- Outline the drawing with a thin, black fibre tip pen and then fill in the design with bright pink paint. (pic b)
- Sketch ‘2011’ in the middle of the fan in your neatest handwriting and paint over it with black acrylic using a fine paintbrush. (pic c)
- Use a red glitter pen to make a row of glittery dots along the top and bottom edges of the fan.
- Make a second row of dots along the edges with a gold glitter pen and leave to dry completely before displaying.
