- Warm a piece of Fimo by squeezing it in your hands and then rolling it into a sausage shape. Form the body shape by making some parts fatter than others.
- Make four small sausages from the same colour of Fimo and fix them to the base of the body as legs. Stand the dinosaur on his legs and bend the body into shape. (pic a)
- Take some different coloured Fimo and roll into small spots or spines to add detail to the back. For a triceratops-type creature you could cut a frill from an oval of clay using scissors. Add some horns then use a needle to mark out his face before adding white and black clay eyes. (pics b-d)
- Place the dinosaurs on a baking tray and cook for 30 minutes in a low oven at 110°C/230°F. Leave them to cool then remove.
