- Take equal pieces of pink, white and blue clay and roll into sausages. Twist the pieces together and roll between your hands several times to blend the clay into a lilac shade. (pic a)
- Use a quarter of this clay to make a sausage for the feet. Bend the clay into a curve, flatten the ends and mark the paws with a fingernail. (pic b)
- Use another quarter to make a second sausage for the arms. Shape in the same way and place on top of the feet.
- Mix some white and red clay to make pink. Roll into a sausage and bend in half to make a heart shape. Put the heart between the arms and fold the limbs in to hold it in place.
- Take a little lilac clay to make two ears. Roll the rest into a ball and use your fingers to squeeze one side into a face shape. Add the ears to the top. (pic c)
- Put the head above the heart and blend the back of the head to the limbs. Add black features and bake for 30 minutes at 110°C. (pic d)
