- Cut out two 21cm by 10cm rectangles from foam. Draw around a coin at each corner and cut out to make a curved edge. (pic a)
- Cover one side of each rectangle with self-adhesive felt and trim neatly to the edges. (pic b)
- Lay one piece of foam flat and use a ruler and a needle to make a neat line of holes on three edges – two long and one short. Decorate the foam panel with pieces of self-adhesive foam to make the yacht (use our template), or create your own design. (pic c)
- Place the second piece of foam behind the decorated one with the felt sides inwards. Use embroidery thread to over-sew the pieces together. (pic d)
