1. Cut a piece of yellow card 21cm square and draw pencil lines across and down to mark into nine squares. Cut four wiggly strips of green card about 1cm wide and 21cm long.
  2. Glue these strips along the pencil marks. Cut lots of small green leaf shapes and stick these around the edge, overlapping them and adding some flowers if you wish. (pic a)
  3. Draw round a 2p piece in the centre of five small tiles. Use this as the middle of your flower and paint with porcelain pens, adding decorative dots and petals that reach the edges of the tile. (pic b)
  4. Draw around a 5p piece in the centre of 5 small tiles. Use this circle as the body of a spider and colour with porcelain paint adding stripes to its’ eight legs and spots to the body. (pic c)
  5. Bake the tiles in the oven to set the paint and stop it chipping off. When the tiles are cool fix the sticky magnets to the back of each one. (pic d)
  6. Stick a magnetic disc to the corners of the back of the game board to hold it on the fridge and play the game like noughts and crosses.
