- Cut two ‘snowman’ shapes from brown felt and three smaller splodges from yellow felt.
- Use a running stitch to sew the yellow splodges onto one brown body piece. (pic a)
- Cut out an oval shape from black felt for the nose and sew to the front of the head using a running stitch.
- Cut three leg shapes from brown felt. Cut one leg, a tail and two ear shapes from yellow felt, and a long tongue from red felt.
- Sandwich the felt limbs, tail and tongue between the two body pieces and stitch neatly all around the edge, leaving a small gap. (pic b)
- Stuff the body with fibre stuffing. Sew up the rest of the body before stitching the ears in place with a few cross stitches then sticking on a pair of wiggle-eyes. (pic c)
