- Use a soft pencil to draw two concentric circles in the middle of your plate. Add four hearts around the edge.
- Colour in the hearts using a red porcelain pen and use a turquoise pearlised paint pen to fill in the rim above the circles. (pic a)
- When the blue and red paint has dried, colour between the concentric circles with a gold pearlised paint pen. (pic b)
- Add a row of gold dots around the gold circle and carefully edge the rim of the plate.
- Let the paint dry completely and then rub away any pencil marks still visible.
- Sketch ‘W+C’ in the centre of the plate and go over the line with a dark blue pearlised pen. (pic c)
