- Cut a piece of blue card to A5 then fold in half. Cut a 7cm by 11cm piece of green card and make lots of snips along one long edge to make grass.
- Glue the grass to the bottom of the card blank and trim if necessary. (pic a)
- Cut an eight pointed star from orange card. Cut a circle of orange self-adhesive foam and add wiggle-eyes and a foam mouth before fixing to the centre of the star. (pic b)
- Fix a piece of yellow self-adhesive foam onto card and cut out a chick body shape. (pic c)
- Add a wing, beak and wiggle-eyes to the bird and decorate with a foam flower using a glue dot. (pic d)
- Fix magnets to the back of each character and use a glue dot to hold the designs on the front of the card. Add extra flowers and leaves to decorate.
